Lsg--low salary group lot of politics Cheating management in india Hard working no use Blaa blaa blaa things around the company Who ever carrying bucket That person will grow and benefit, hard work people never gets benefits German menegement better then india Work experience people not there in the company Eg : production manager --privios exp sim card sales person Executive chef : previous bakery sou chef Qa -- trinee she doesn't have batter knowledge Management lot of money waste the company Purchase /operation /security these people gather and doing curreption for the company property

The policies are strong but the managing director is not following anything.

Managing Director Dave Tuck -Practicing unethical practices and harassing employees. Ganging up and targeting against people who are sticking to the policy and removing them by giving fake and unrealistic reasons. He and the newly appointed Finance Director Spending company money for personal use. it’s a mafia. Managing Director Dave Tuck is harassing female employees and none of the complaints against him are answered by the management. He is increasing salaries of his supporters over a night and asking all of them to work on his personal agenda. Pathetic work culture and please think before joining the toxic workplace like Lsg BLR . He has done this to many employees and not even one complaint against him is answered from the top management.

In lsg sky chef all staff are very supportive and create a learning work environment. Sometines when required sous chef itself tooks initiative to maintain this culture. Due to all this reason carrier growth chances are very high.

Lack of inovation. We get chances of inovation duration of occasion only.

Lsg was my first career company very good environment, it's a huge unit,teammates directors are very supportive and encourage in learning and working,we had room for Gaming and enjoying,unit is very hygiene clean and tidy,they give good salary and bonus every year
