There is a lot if politics and the management doesn,t address our issues.sallery is decent but carrier growth is slow.

This organisation without any culture, senior manager is not so skilled, korien never interest with dealers or distributors. No one is there to solve any sales or back office issue.

Sr. Manager who handle the team is not so well and skilled. No support for Dealer, distributors buildup.

Nothing is good here. The working culture here is worst. I have never experienced such a terrible working culture ever in my life.

LS Cable & System Ltd is a nice place to work. The company trains the workers very well and the work-life balance and environment is good. The company is very innovative and technology conscious. The high quality Products makes them outstanding which is a plus.

Dislikes

The work pressure is a tedious one, and the time difference affected my work relationship with the Management. The corruption in My country also affected my work (you must bribe yourself out and the company does not understand it that way). More also, is the politics between the Teammate who want to shine by stepping on junior ones is a bad experience I didn't enjoy. I was also working from Home which was not convenient. The most painful part of it was the issue of Local Content which demands the company open a factory in Nigeria before they can be allowed to win some supply or get involved, even when partnership was presented as a way out, it was not 100% welcomed.
