Leave issues No transparency from payroll company. For every basic thing salary slip, Attendance you have to keep reminding them. For the same designation disparity in payroll forcing employee to disclose this. Increment is 2 percent only. After putting all efforts. Saying this industry standards. Very late response from HR and your manager. HR won't respond your call untill you escalated the issues.

I am working as a system administrator. With low salary. There are salary issues. Let coming. And some issues of services. Like insurance not provided. You don't join here for a lifetime.

Working at LRS services gives me immense satisfaction and work life balance. Their pay grades are awesome and salary days are always fixed. They provide ample space for personal as well as professional development.

Dislikes

The point to dislike there is that the entire organization feels like a big family where as most of the employees have better interpersonal relations that sometimes get you uninvited visitors at home. Btw thats the only thing I dislike there.
