Teammates are supportive and the management don't know how to work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Management has no clue on technical knowledge. Procurement, business development and plant team are very slow or consider as useless. Everything is depend on one person. If management is behind you they make sure your life become hell. No business module, no planning, no target nothing only politics. Management don't even know who is working for company and who is pretending to work.

As a IPQA, I have given opportunity even without experience, excellent HR policies, no politics , my Manager was very Good, Top Management always ask our feedbacks and skill development

I worked under PMT in my previous company and now when I joined lozen pharma it took time to understand business module, management had judge my work within 3-4 months. Unprofessional company and management.

Toxic politics by management and senior managers,No respect to managers , insulting of managers in front of subordinates .On job training is poor .No authority of Decision making even it needed to avoid bad situations.
