I request people who are job seekers not to join in any form or position to the LoyatyWo3ks It pvt or ArokiaIT Pvt ltd, its pathetic company to work. You have to give a 2 years bond along side you wont have any option later but to work as a bonded slave in this shit company, work culture is like you are in jail, work like an animal for late nights i will just give Pro's and Con's about this pathetic company. Pro's 1. Not that good start Up for IT Career starters , but you get only legacy things to learn which are out dated. 2. Just dont join this organization and collapse your career. Con's 1. Work like a bonded labour (slave) from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm even night outs no execuses are allowed, since they will threathen that you have signed a bond. 2. CEO/MD he just like a street wandere, uses bad languge while speaking to employees specially Business analysts 3. Manager/project delivery Mgr named hendry, a kind of vagabond always puts unneccessary pressure and behaves like a rowdy , there is no pi ln point of professionalism in him even his dressing sense is like a vagabond useless character. 4. Once you join they will promise a hike after 6 months which is so lie , after you complete your 1 year out of 2 years, they will threaten you with a low increment saying your performance is not good , so they will force you to accept the offer or leave the company on same day but you get nothing in return. 5. Worst work Culture no life balance, speacial some odiya guys have been stuck there, where the vagabond/rowdy typed MD/Manager forces them towork like a donkey no matter how good you perform. Last but not least. Just dont join this organisation and don't collapse your career. There is no personal takings in this review. Its 100% genuine what we all have faced.

Dislikes

No Professionalism. Vagabond/ Team leader and Manager or Hr Forces you to sign a bond for 2 years and organisation plays with life. No Work Culture. You have to work 6 days a week, No excuses, even sundays, evem late night like till morning 7 am. Threatens to collapse your career if you try to go against the bond. Worst team leader, named ravi, he is curious to get some money over his employees by bringing them down in from of all employees. No proper increments. They matter with money not your Career. Just dont join.
