I joined this company in June 2021 . In only 2 months I had been facing negative news related to company insolvency at that time . Now company informed us that now they are insolvent. I don't know why HR did tell me about the situation.

No job security for any job profile. Be it covid situation or not. They hire and fire anytime and at interview. They just promise that it won't happen and it was just in past that it happened. You live in fear of loosing your job everyday.

Nothing, they are blood suckers, they damage careers of employees. They have no values, no direction and they don't know what they are doing. Hitler behaviour with employees

They damage employees careers by throwing them out any day they want to without any justification. They consider they can ruin anyone's career as and when they want as they are Hitler employers. Kicked out their own cofounder with cheap politics and biasness between German and Indian employees. Now they want to shut down India operations so slowly damaging Indian employees. Tell it clearly to everyone and don't ruin employees when you yourself don't know what you want to do 0 job security as they fire employees anytime they want They do time pass with employees when they feel like they throw you out No one should join this company so that they understand power of employees as they feel employees are beggars sitting on streets and management can behave with them as they feel like. Too much work and complete mismanagement. A clown with no brain is heading India office , eating fat paycheck for being a gate keeper. Good for nothing just keeps on eating employees brains for no reasons. When it comes to appraisal it is their habit to first throw out employees and damage their careers so they have some money to distribute among remaining beggars Torture employees endlessly Height of cheapness that they keep detailed tracking of namkeens biscuits kept for employees

- Appraisals are good. Hikes are better than MNCs. - Office is situated near Metro, so commute is easy. - Work from home policy, but it is limited to maximum 10 days in an year. - Product on Amazon cloud, so you can learn about it.

Dislikes

- No job security. Company fires people in masses just before receiving investments. This has happened twice. - Office politics. - No training to upgrade skills of employees. The only knowledge is that brought by people from outside when they join. - Very strict 9 hours working policy, and no measure of productivity of employees. So you see some hardworking people working day and night and others taking work from homes every other day. - No office cabs/transportation. - excessive work and forever shortage of resources. - undefined responsibilities.
