If you want a stable job with no growth then you are in the right place. Compensation is also too low compared to the market. Most people are very good but some managers are very bad

...ab facilities, flexible WFH policies even before covid, good medical benefits. Cons: Redundant work, slow work, too many changes in company vision so growth becomes hazy, compensation is not as per market standards for experienced employees though freshers get paid well
