This company provides amazing gifts during festive time. Team outing or team party every quarter. What else can you expect from a company. I feel proud to be a part of lowes. There have been instances where in people have sent me CV just by hearing name of Lowes.

Salary is not up to market standard and also promotion is totally depends on your connection not on merits

Lot of perks Good working environment Decent salary not too high though Excellent for freshers

Promotions are very delayed in so e departments only while others customer facing departments get fast promotion without even being asked for.

Leadership is not good Not interested to do Innovations and not encouraging the teams to do that Onshore politics, you should bow to your onshore manager Favoritism No learnings and even if you want to move a pen, it requires process.
