...ou are blamed for everything that goes wrong because of someone else's decision. You can't trust management they can fire you just by paying 1 month salary at any time. Very anti employee policies

... good reviews are by the HR team and fake. They have a very bad leave policy. The salary date is beyond the 6th of the month. if you don't believe ask these things to HR before joining. she will tell something else except a date. no good appraisal even if you have worked here for 5 years. they will tell you some useless reason.

Nothing much to like in this terrible workplace apart from some good people around me with whom suffering became little easier and for that too I was lucky enough for that.

Management is totally senseless, biased and Self centred. One can feel the difference in treatment to the employees based on their positions. Work Culture for Executive level employees is as terrible as it can get. Heads are just Self Serving maggots who just thinks for themselves including HRs. Process changes like every other day No clarity whatsoever.
