No holidays. Not even on festivals. No work from home facility. MD consider himself as King and rest of the employee as servants. No focused goal. Everyday the plan change & in the end, the company doesn't achieve anything. Too much of red tapism. People who are chacha-bhatija have it easy in the company, rest of the hard working employee get only criticism & scolding from the MD. No HR policies. No increments or promotion. Even basic thing like tissue paper & handwash is not provided in the washrooms.

Not only the innovativeness of the company attract me, but also the way they treat their employees. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.
