The thing that I liked about the institution is my ICU And my colleagues in my ICU my head nurse, my seniors ,my juniors .one one doctor indhu..

...ld.so times we had5:14 in ICU that day we had 8 admission nurse are exhausted.and salary is so less that don't meet our daily expenses.

Make decisions about policy and procedure s, improve overall experience in an hospital environment, since iam on my own every thing is learning process from training to practicing and implementation

Monotonous No hierarchy, salary low,work very very tidious for a single person to handle

I can work there very peacefully , all coworkers are very helpful, we can improve our knowledge through day-to-day classes and practices.. Overall a good experience and a good hospital is Lourde Hospital.

Nothing.... In my opinion this is perfect hospital.

One of the dream place to work. I left for personal reasons, But still have nostalgia about it. And given chance, won't hesitate to work there again. Work-Life balance is really great, and Undoubtedly the USP of this palace. If there was any problem, even top management was easily acceasible and there was eagerness to sort out the problem.

Always watch your back. Try your best to be on the good side. Non supportive and self centred. No application for good work done.

The doctors in the management team. The administration ilistens to these people
