The thing that I liked about the institution is my ICU And my colleagues in my ICU my head nurse, my seniors ,my juniors .one one doctor indhu..

Dislikes

The space is not enough to explain it .from the top management is horrible... HR ask for 20k for job security money.if we want to leave early than 1year then that money is gone.and even we have to pay 20k to them for leaving the job!!!😠 they don't care for staff Nurse patients ratio .just get all the patient as much they could.so times we had5:14 in ICU that day we had 8 admission nurse are exhausted.and salary is so less that don't meet our daily expenses....Read More
