Not good as working with LP for the last 2 years not getting any appraisal and promotion if you are fresher than it is okay to go with this if you are experienced than there is no point to work with this company

I'm on training , things I have learn so far is team work,Which I like the most. Above that environment is also fine here, nd I'm getting handsome salary here as well which is quite satisfying.

Dislikes

There is no time for other work, we have only one week in which we, need to finish so many work like college, bank some time people also have health issues that week off send in hospital no time for life nd other staff. Lack of extra Co-circular activities, growth process is slow, less thing to learn, the work pressure is very high. Working hour's as well. Individual strengths opinion doesn't matter. Nd there is no training for freshers, all we can learn form senior, sometime they try to dominate as well. Learning things should be more like soft skills etc. Normal working hours should be there.

Dislikes

...nd trackers are the goals of upper level management and they are happy to do it. In short - Even if you get a salary hike do not , I repeat do not join this company particularly in sales or Training roles.

...ff and using if you want stay in store stay are else get out from the store. Now i has leaved the company and another 4 employees are ready to leave the company they are waiting for salary’s once salary credits they will leave the company without any intimation. If listening my words please short out this problem from the store are else no one work over their . Literally i has cried when I was given my resignation.

See when i joined with this brand as Fashion Consultant and served almost four years there is no chances to growth and salary but if are tatta then will get promotion and salary or appraisals also one more thing one hour extra shift on regular shift and 90% will have to straight shift on Saturday and Sunday..
