The coworkers are good and the infrastructure is also good

The salary is very low and these is no benifit in being staff, they're charged for the uniform and the price of the uniform is also higher, you can't even get free check up as a staff there, they should have some concern about the staff working there

In Lotus hospital for women and children there is a great team team work. I got to learn how to communicate with new people i have social anxiety i can not communicate with new people then and there i use to face problem. My team leader thought me to communicate with new people or patients 🤗

Sorry to say 😅 but there is salary issue. No on time salary caused a problem thats it other wise everything is good.

Freedom, unity security was good and culture we use to respect the customer with politeness answer them if they rude also we wont loose patience and answer them back. Company policy was to serve the patient and treat them for their wellness.

Nothing to dislike the lotus hospital but the only thing was salary was very less and not getting on time

Good. management is supportive.there is cafeteria appraisal are fair. Easy mingle with team work environment was good. rotational shifts and flexible

There is salary is decent but career growth is slow.no politics free environment and management was good for all things..
