THE COMPANY IS VERY GOOD , BUT THE PEOPLE HERE HAVE MADE RULES AND REGULATIONS IN A VERY STRANGE WAY IN WHICH THEY ONLY KEEP IN MIND THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS. I DONT FEEL GOOD AT ALL . AFTER JOINING THE JOB HERE , I DID NOT LIKE THE EXPEROENCE HERE OVERALL.

Its better to work in a political party rather working here,expenses will always get dedcuted irrespective how true they are. They can fire you or any one at any time without any reason,just favour few people and its a total corrupt management and pathetic HR policies with no power in the hand of HR and they also don't pick employees phone.

...ope of learning, colleagues are very cooperated. Flexibility in office timing. Never delay in salary and other reimbursement.

As such there is no dislikes just want to add some point for improvement - Timely Training and Motivational programs to be plan for employee skill developments.

The company is open to innovation and result adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength.
