My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Office work timing is good, 2 and 4 saturday off, the only things are positive

You need to ask best salary, if you made compromise to enter in, you will never get hike as per your performance, On whims and wills you have to act, what proprietor says is the only right things, you knows nothing.

Nothing to like , it's horrible workplace, no offer letter is given, no pf number.. cheap rated office

Dislikes

No mannerism No respect No culture Over all for for nothing. MD of the company takes advantage and uses abusive words to employee . Payment is horrible while giving work they say 30k while giving it's only 22 to 23k.. environment is bad.. they torchure us to the level that we attempt suicide.. my personal suggestion pls don't join in this company...
