Likes

May be compared to other companies there is no much pressure in work. Can work conveniently.

Dislikes

Salary is the main concern it's not credited in the mentioned date every month delay of salary can be accepted if it takes one or two days but it's getting like one week more from the start of the month. No necessary action is been taken. There are only minimum employees working in the company in pondicherry for those three if the Salary gets delayed how could they get through the hardest situation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
