For learning stage best company in Bhiwadi for fresher. Its good to spend 1-2 years as freshers helpful in future scopes. You can learn everything what you want to learn in your department either process,NPD,Supplier etc

Culture of the company is worst ,because of belief of management on only Show off people, Person who actually works not appreciated overall(Many great colleges left because of this) No standard for Bonus & Increment .Only polishing people considered . Some High management people are not capable for their task & always take credit of others work

There is nothing to like 1) lots of politics in department 2) NPD / PE team leader not good...he is 10th pass person & he will tell you how to follow procedure and make WI & FMEA 3) Even if there is no work stay maximum hours in company just to showoff plant head which is Chinese 4) No increment & promotion 5) Not good for those who is having experience more than 2 years. 6) Food quality at lowest level. 7 ) working hours not fixed, you have to stay after 5 PM if there is no work also.

Management is just ridiculous, they change their rules according to them, and when they want, they don’t increase salary of all employees, only increase for those who are close to them that’s it

There is nothing to like. Very high politics in lorom but management and HR can not do nothing in this matter.

Plant head has only power for any decision. Job security is zero,anytime he can terminate or demotion any employee without any perior information. So never join this company.
