Great place to explore new technologies and management is very supportive, especially Pavan sir(CIO), But need to work on multiple projects, so that will make you clumsy sometimes...but overall I am happy to be part of Lorhan IT.

It's been close to 8 months I am working here ,my CIO Mr. Pavan Somayujala is always been supportive ,being a sales guy we are also getting to know the technical part as well, so its a good learning.

LorhanIT has a friendly environment. People here are supportive and co-operative. We don't have any such culture as a boss and an employee. We have a culture like a leader and a follower who are upcoming leaders. LorhanIT is my first company where I am working, I am working here from almost 3 months, it's been a great experience and I enjoy this place.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike. It's only from me that I don't like wearing formals but we have a formal dress code in our Hyderabad office so it's something I don't like from my side. But that's ok because the Hyderabad office is our company's cooperate office so we must look good, so yeah it's fine.
