Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

No work life balance, primary pressure, adhoc meetings, no salon buy stock from distributor all good to wholesaler. I advice if you have any other options go with that don't join loreal. Even HR never respond whenever you call he is always on leave.

Though they have recruited me but company does not have any humanitarian ground to treat employees. Without giving proper training they put employees in uncomfortable situations & ask them to forcefully resign.
