The Companies marketing direction lacks clarity, and under the leadership of Vice President Corporate Mr. Sudhir Jena, progress remains stagnant. Despite his limited marketing expertise , he insists on controlling all the marketing decisions. Instead of building a managerial team, the company should rely solely on executives and coordinators. as Mr. Jena prefers to handle managerial task himself.

Making sales team to run whole day is not going to get results. It in fact demotivate burn out the employee. Managers handling team should have the capabilities of handling them. No job security. Over all not a good place to enjoy your job.

The companies top management only have the tendancy to command the sales team who are on field to do their personal work or of the hotel's owner which is unprofessional but still it's followed.No job security too. Quite a bad choice to work in this chain of hotel

There is lots of politics play by humon resource even gernel manager involved in it

They are not provide good food to the staf and human resource person should change he's not eligible for that position. Every people don't like him .
