Specially I like to work in lords group of own property not other.

Lords Management should handle all the property , I offer to my friends to work in lords but nobody want to work in lords group because of base of Malik property.

Horrible place to work. Hotel owners are always sitting in the hotel. Interference is always there in small reason. They demotivate staff every time. Lords Corporate team didn't say anything. Corporate HR Mr. Anil Mishra is worst HR I have ever seen. Always demotivate staff.

Dislikes

HR role is nothing there. When corporate team is visiting the Hotels, they only shouted to the staff. No reward, no recognition. That's why all staffs are moving without resignation.

LORDS GROUP IS CHAIN OF 26 HOTELS AT PRESENT & IS FASTEST EVER GROWING CHAIN AWARDED FEW TIMES.. WORKING WITH LORDS IS GOOD EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY YOU WILL BE GETTING LOTS OF TRAINING ETC IF YOUR MANAGER IS GOOD..

COMPENSATION IS GENERALLY DEPENDS ON OWNERS OF YOUR LORDS FRENCHISE EVEN IF YOU WORK FOR LORDS SINCE OWNER'S INTERFERE IS ALLOWED BY LORDS IN CERTAIN AREA.. IF YOU ARE OWNER'S MAN, YOU WILL NOT HAVE PROBLEM.
