Start up culture, great people, great colloboration among cross functional teams. Remote work option.

Dislikes

No proper vision and strategy from management on capturing new business. They just believe few execs blindly and there is no targets and monitoring the results. After acquiring CipherCloud they never met the GTM targets on Cloud security business. When there is no growth, the only thing they keep doing is laying off people (apart from other ways of cost cutting). No transparency, too many frequent changes in the org strucure and most of the employees always feel uncertain and uncomfortable.

Likes

The work culture is great, provides great Work-Life balance, Leave Policy is awesome, Additional perks are commendable. Just do not expect for promotion.

Dislikes

The sudden lay-offs is something to be worried about all the time.

They did cheated me by hiring on contract promising that it will be converted to full time in 6 months but ended up working there for 1.5 years by begging every month to convert me to the full time. Finally, laid off abruptly without even considering me for the severance pay and when i questioned back, they responded saying 'it is not possible for contractual'. During the work, they made me work for different shifts which was not even discussed when i got hired and i used to work in the night shifts to support the NA team, yet there's no such recognition as such even after keeping my best efforts in everything that i had done for the organisation.. Worst management who never cares about the extra efforts which the employee had invested. Laid of many employees without proper intimation and reasoning.
