...h work life balance. Specially, TL, Seniors and Managers are very co -operative. Compensation is good overall, you can't feel pressure everyday but sometimes fine if is it i think so.

...nies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.
