Good environment and culture team leads are supportive and very motivative in order of making every day energetic , and make work life balance. year end gifts and bonus are changed and monthly moments make more interesting to go farward and outing with team and CSR activities make to mingle lot with team mates.

Even though there is no issue with the team and team and work environment but ,Salary is not satisfactory, and there is no growth in domain

Aa a Company Refinitiv is doing a Good job by providing work from home along with ergonomics, it always keeps employees safety as a priority and do the needful.

...e working hours has been made regular and the shift allowances has been reduced. I would like Refinitiv to increase the shift allowances and also the yearly increment in Salary. Thank you.

...k culture is good and company policies are quite flexible and employee friendly. Appraisal are good and they give a good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

The salary is not as per standard. Its still looks like an underpayee. Switching to croas functional domain is tough and no guidance at all on career progreaaion. The company is in restructuring process so things are not proper and in place.

There is one dog called Amarnath Nagendra - holding senior position in Fundamentals. If you are Putting Bucket only u will get Promoted irreapective of talent and hardwork in fundamentals Bangalore..

...nies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.
