I didn't like anything about Lombardi India, I was deceived by the Lombardi HR by saying we have a job for 3 years until the project ends but the project had only 7 months tenure left only. Thank God I got another job in 4 months and left.

When you leave the job, don't expect your remaining dues. Don't expect any respect or anything from Lombardi admin

There is nothing to like in Lombardi, top management at Head office is highly unprofessional and unpleasant.

As there is nothing to like about Lombardi. They know only deception, believe me they don't care about employees, they will fire you whenever they want.

I liked a few of the persons only. It was my first job, so would always remember about it.

Dislikes

The people here are very inefficient and lack knowledge. They work in the company ,but don't know anything about it.Their productivity is very low. They moreover focus in corporate politics, not helpful to each other, if they use this energy into their work, Company will see tremendous growth.
