No job Security even if you left company on one month notice period company will not give you sallary of one or two month.

Dislikes

Lokmat Hr policy is very bad. Three month notice period is not good. Hr and management behaviour is also not satisfactory.

Lokmat has taking full care of working employees in company in this panadamic setuation company also taking changes in work profile like given work from home to Also good work environment and culture . My teammates are supportive and the management is to transparent. Company policies are to good .
