Before joing here take advise of ex-employees, Everything is poor, Be it salary, increments, recognitions ... Everything is far below poor. The worst organization to work for. Yuck 🤮 If you are fed up of your life and want to ruin it more then you can join this Lokmanya society.

No transparency.No technology upgradation. Horrible HR policy. Less salary with high target. HR Head introduced one horrible PIP system. HR is puppet & real one man army management is the son in law of Chairman.

It's quite good job opportunity to work with lokmanya multipurpose co op society. I like co operative team who teach us every thing about how to work.

.... And there is too much work pressure. At one time we have to do too many roles. And as per our roles and responsibility salary is too much less. There is no hope regarding appraisal or promotion.

Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society is not a good place to work for anyone considering joining. They require a deposit of ₹20,000 as part of the selection and joining process. Once you're assigned to a branch, you realize the work environment is not worth it. Those hired as marketing assistants are essentially doing field marketing, and the company heavily penalizes employees for minor infractions, like being a minute late in sending reports. It seems their primary goal is to collect as much money as possible to become the largest deposit-taking institution in India, often at the expense of their employees. Please don’t waste your time or effort here.

Toxic work culture, rules which have for only new employees. No one supports new employees. Pune head office is just for name Belgam people are very dominating they don't let you do job. Senior managers are old but they don't have any knowledge to do a job it creates difficult speciation for young employees. 10lakhs FD target they have but HR will never tell anyone during the interview process. Be very careful if you choose to work at Lokmanya
