The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of that family. All the members of my team are loveable.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the the work pressure is very high .but I don't get sufficient time to complete these works. the most important thing is that managers don't value an individual skills.also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is pain sometimes .

...ammates are supportive and management is transparent. company policies are good. They give good salary but....

Career growth is very slow Salaries are decent. I didn't like for break timings for breakfast,lunch and for dinner. Everyone should eat three times a day for employees good health.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Specially in contract under focus industrial services after reported complaint to company Sr HR and contractor administrator. The work life balance is pathetic. No inventive even basic transportation was not provided from last 2 months. Treated like labourers in the company.

Work life balance, administration, saraly given, no compensation even when the production target is achieved.

I'm an employee of this company in Pune location. I'm working here last 6 months but in this company major problem is line manager & supervisor is not providing safety equipment like hand gloves and earplugs & napkins and eye glasses,and the 2nd major problem is they r not paying monthly on time they r paying one month salary at the last of 2nd month like 20th, 22th & 3rd major problem is food they r giving very wrost food to employees for that HR is fixed some money with canteen man,he is giving some money to HR so that HR is not taking any action to canteen man & he is bringing very wrost food for us,I'm saying about previous day 29 Jan I've eat chapati & dal only there is no rice vegetables papad banana ext.He brought all thing but all things is finished after that I was eat only chapati & dal. And one thing more is another company they r paying to Neem employees to 14000 in a month but in Lokesh machining ltd. Pune they r paying 9700 ₹ only.And night time they r give tea & biskit.

I'm not feeling well here because here company not providing safety equipment & food is very wrost,& salary is not giving on time they r paying after 2 month 1 month salary.so that I decided i'll be resign here
