Loka gives a chance to all children, not just toppers, also slow learners. It is in a village and provides high quality education. As a teacher I am always learning and the atmosphere is good. Every day teachers get a chance to express themselves during tea break meetings. Children learn more than 'just' subjects and preparing for exams, they also learn to express themselves, behaviour skills, applying the knowledge and being creative and innovative. Every day my students are learning at Loka, and so am I.

Dislikes

Initially tough as it requires full dedication. But now that is exactly the reason I love my work.

Likes

Teaching at Loka international School was a joyful experience. It is a great initiative which empower students to their full capacity. The supportive environment, students from village background, and innovative teaching methods made every day rewarding.

Strict timing. Underdeveloped rural location.

I feel fortunate that my first job began in an atmosphere where I never felt the absences of Homies. There is so much to learn here, and every day I gain new knowledge. I would like to give credit to Sir, who has guided me a lot as a fresher and continuously inspires me to keep learning. I get a lot of positive vibes from my Head Ma'am, which keeps me so focused that I don't think about anything else.If I ever get the chance to write, this box might fall short, but yes, this place feels like my second home.

The teaching methods and skills were excellent here. One can enjoy here with nature and loving students. There was lots of thing to learn. Learning can be accessible not only by reading books but also with the help of nature also. So learning can be a fun also.
