I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at Lohono Stays, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The working culture here is incredibly disappointing. Despite putting in hard work and dedication, I found that recognition was virtually nonexistent. Growth opportunities seem to be reserved solely for a select few—those who are favorites of the manager. It’s disheartening to see colleagues who barely contribute receiving promotions while others who work tirelessly are overlooked. The lack of work ethics is also concerning. It’s frustrating to witness certain employees being allowed to take trips under the guise of work, while others are left to handle the brunt of the responsibilities without any acknowledgment. HR initially promised a supportive environment, but when issues arise, they often prioritize protecting the company over employee welfare. Overall, my experience at Lohono Stays was marked by a toxic atmosphere that stifles ambition and hard work. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a fair and respectful professional environment.

A company that encourages teams to explore the tech with the best practices. Management has been encouraging in taking tech to the next level. Any new suggestions are taken up positively, discussed, debated and then concluded with the best for both.

Dislikes

Its a more Engineer centric culture so the developers who work on the code kind of decide the deliveries. As a manager that kind of defeats the purpose of delivering at a rapid pace.

Lot of politics and no good leader to lead the team. It can be a great place to work and would be a heaven for hoteliers if proper leaders are given the jobs. The managers do not trust the employees.
