Lohia corp limited is a good company. People are very good and co-operative. Salary was also good. Promotions and appraisal need to improve. Some recent changes in top management creates job insecurity.

0 work life balance. Very rigid mentality people. Lot of Discrimination. People don't value your opinion due to insecure culture.

Job security is good. Good for improvement for Personal skill, care as an employee by employer specially in emeregency situation.

Salary structure is not good. Same rank but huge difference in salary. Sometimes low grade person has higher salary rather than high grade person while there is no too much difference in experience.

...g with yearly CL, SL & EL. Company is very honest to settle F&F after resigning. They give full amount of leave encashment on pro rata basis, Bonus, Gratuity, increment. Appraisals are good. Increments are every year with arrears according to KRA/performance. Online portals for attendance, income tax and many more. Overall good company for long term employment. Well organized, established, renowned, systematic and famous company in all aspects. Management is good, no critics for management.

No culture, discrimination, salary growth will take years, higher positions capuured by locals who dont want anyone to grow above them , thus pushing them down and crazy level of dynamic change, one day they will hire 200 people, next year they will release list of mass layoff, asking people to resign and doing layoff 1 by 1, so no one can speak up. Talanted higher management are cornerd by local (kanpur) managers and dont allow amy change to ocuur above their knowledge level.
