If organization give you higher salary then CEO will target 🎯 higher salaeries for get out his organizationorganization after sometimes. 7. My overall rating are zero for such a bad organization.

THEIVES/THUGS formed & operating the company named as 'Lohia Auto Industries'. They sign agreement on CTC which includes Bonus, PLVS, Leaves which they never payed in salary. From my LWD on 30.07.2019 till date they didn't payed my Full & Final payment of Rs. 47,268/-(Bonus+PLVS+EL) which they collected over my tenure there. Ayush Lohia, owner of the company even didn't bothered about it when I reach him several times. He is controlling this loot through HR department. Totally unprofessional HR department. Even threats to not give experience letter & Relieving letter when I asked for my standing payment. LOOTING THE EMPLOYEES HARD EARN SALARY IS THEIR ONLY PROFESSION.

Never recommend to join this company. Here HR head is top class liar & cheater. She shows what salary before joining that never comes in your hand. There is no standard salary calculation method, different method aplies for everyone. Hidden deductions without any clarification. Salary also never comes on time, always delay 10-15 days.No one knows when he will get appriasal after work 3to4 years.

Dislikes

Fire fighting in every morning meetings for shortages. But no one ask for supplier's long due payments, shouting only for material. Supplier cry for their payments.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest ERP technology. Lohia auto industry product is automobile as like RENEGADE motor bikes , 3wheeler auto & E-Riksha . Products quality is high quality.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

The company uses latest technology and advance methods. Workshop staff, store staff are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

...olitics is something company needs to tackle. Nothing is great for new employee. They pay salary in cash, no PF deduction no benefits for employee. No job security No canteen No coffee machine No activities Staff on management level are not at all friendly, helpful
