Initially it was a good culture, but as it grew they prioritised newbies who read couple great leaders books over well experienced folks.

Please don't get trapped for fake reviews on other portals, it was asked by company when the company was doing good, culture wise. But my review is a honest review, no rivalry or defence here. I'm glad I moved out. What I didn't like: Culture. Micromanagement Name sake agile environment Politics Favouritism No skill development plans Trust issues Weekend offices Horrible work life balance Don't get trapped for shares, there way more options in market.

Don't fall for good reviews on other portals the higher management is worst there's no proper manager in this company no work life balance there's no proper HR department to raise our concerns with they make you work like hell and point out your performance is not up to the mark manager themselves has no knowledge micromanagement, they won't let you work peacefully for everything they micromanage and other companies too have politics but here its extreme you might even loose your job if you talk against them there are many good start ups out there don't fall in this trap and suffer for name sake its flexible working hours but you need to work for more than 8+ hours and even on weekends wfh is considered as leave in this company if you take wfh they give you even more work and its completely desk job and so called manager observe everything where you sit, with whom you talk, how many breaks you took, literally everything. i fell in the trap and sp gald that i came out, for the guys who is planning to join please RUN...

You get to build features from scratch If you are new to software engineering then you might learn somethings

For some particular people have the flexibility to take work from home and leaves whenever they want. Here we don't have engineering culture we don't follow industry standards. Guidance from the seniors is not that great

No work life balance. No culture for learning and skill development. Few people take all decisions, and they aren't even that skilled, just arogant. The company has all the dialogues of being a nice workplace, but in reality, the place sucks
