There is no management logo's product in india Captainbiz is too cheap no supports for cx who made the purchase no after sales service or support people working in this org willing to sell there products anyhow if someone joins the org no is there there train about the product because they don't have any product knowledge of there own product too many bugs in Application if you join you need to work anyhow they don't provide you any leads you have to make your own.

I joined this company in last Sep the working culture of this company is very gud Seniors and HRBP is very supportive you call them directly any time. The Best part is Salary/Incentive/Reimbursement/Gifts all you received on time.HR head also confirm the same with employee

Nothing,,,,company reward bhi deti h wo defective jisko return krna pdta wapas company ko...Resignation dalne ke bad full & Final settlement nhi milta Hr Mail ka jawab nhi deti,,,call kro to received nhi krti,,,

Likes Nothing,,,Company also gives reward if you return the defective item back to the company...After submitting resignation, full & final settlement is not received, HR mail is not responded to,,, when you call, no response is given,,,

Managers are behaving like goons.. they treats lower order employees like labour .. every time in every meeting they shouting and insulting with offensive language and defaming, wrost atmosphere to work with them..
