The organization demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a healthy work culture. Employees are often treated unfairly, with constant reminders about being paid, implying complete submission to all tasks. Despite being hired for a specific role, workers are expected to take on additional responsibilities without sufficient training or preparation. Taking leave is made difficult, as managers often force employees to cancel planned leaves during projects and expect them to work seven days a week without any compensation. Senior members on projects tend to engage in workplace politics instead of offering support. If things go well, they take credit, but when things go wrong, the blame is shifted entirely onto you.

I started my professional journey with this company. For someone who is new to the corporate world this is an amazing place to kick start your life. The company is open to innovation, adopts latest technology and has a global client base. The seniors and the peers are cooperative and are always ready with a helping hand.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high at times. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours at a stretch for things to be in their place. There is no on job training for freshers hence it become a little difficult to start off any thing.

We'll get hands-on experience in various levels of work not restricted to our level but also the advanced level. There's no restriction in gaining knowledge.

Dislikes

They're not ready to spend enough for the growth of the organisation. Not ready to adopt new technologies.

team and management is supportive, work life balance is nice. Performers get good appraisals

Dislikes

sometimes work pressure is very high. very rarely i get appreciation emails from my managers. For freshers company provides on-job training, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.
