You have to work at least 12 hour to sustain High pressure No OT You can't sit in lobby(free time)- You can't use your mobile phone(inside and outside office) They have salary cuts for taking breaks,leaves They only hire freshers. They always hire and fire. All the reviews and reels are just show Every onam, christmas -employees will change.only very few employees are working there for years. You can't take leaves,talk,laugh. Always want to work and look into systems. "Pattipani-pichakash" Positive reviews are compelled. Every week they have set of rules

🙁Toxicity at its peak 🙁Employees are often questioned if they take their break. ☹️we are required to provide explanations for even short breaks. (we can't sit in lobby) . ☹️No minimum appreciation for our work, only pucham. ☹️No salary increment. ☹️One meeting=creating another set of rules for employee. 🙁No voice for employees. 🙁Hr has no roles here. (Only for management not for employees) 🙁Instagram reels, only Prahasaanm. 😕No talking in the office, no phone (like school).
