Employees are given enough oppurtunity for grow in their professional career in the form of certification policy . Each and every thing. From the day of joining they will expect from a candidate that he should get pro in all their products within 2 weeks. A very great suggestion to all out their, please save your time and don't go after this company. Not blaming company because company itself is good but if you ever get a offer for technical support Engineer position there, plz save your time and don't go after it. Manager MT, is very arrogant to their juniors, soo the sr agents as well. They will literally say if you stuck somewhere and ask for help, they will say (samajh nhi ata kya ek baar, thappad padega ab) i mean seriously. Every week rotation, and if you get 1 min late to join meeting then the manager will ask you to draft email to hr saying this will not happen again. You will feel like working in BPO call centre, so don't get attracted by the name application Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer, because people inside Customer success team will ruine your career. 3 employees left this team within, 3 months so now it's my chance. 4. So don't be next you, save your time, save your life, save your health, and look after other opportunities. 5. No breaks, no fun activities, no team work, there are only 5 members in team and if I leave now there will be 4 members ...so if anyone joins then you will be the next target. A very honest and decent review, please like if someone who really worked here and experienced the same.

At a certain level there is no space to grow. People already in company at same level don't welcome you, rather they try to prove themselve as a boss. Also, policies are really bad. A new recruit get half day leave in probation period. For six months. The benefits, name sake, health insurance also starts after probation.
