This Organization is not safe for women because company CEO and founder (Purna Mishra) has cheap and wrong image about women. he harassed and assault my female friend whose working as a solution support. he said to my friend, "for this job you should fulfil some requirement like, wear short dresses, coming in night party with me and enjoy with me and my client, you have to drink with me, he also physically assault me in car".

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
