I recently interviewed for Manual Tester position at Logicvalley, and unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. While the role itself seemed promising, there were several issues with interview process that stood out: 1. Lack of communication: After completing the second round of interview, I was left waiting for weeks with no updates. Despite my attempt to followup via calls and emails. there was no response from HR team. 2. Disorganized scheduling: Interview process felt highly uncoordinated. The screening was arranged by one HR representative, the first round by another and the second round by yet another. This lack of consistency made the process confusing and inefficient. 3. Overall Impression: The entire experience felt like a waste of time due to the lack of organisation and communication. I hope the company takes steps to improve its interview process to provide a better experience for future candidates
