The management is striving thier best, but financial position is extremely bad and so the situation is not improving well despite good effort by the management.

I never got my salary on time, it can be 45 days to 50 days to get your 1month salary. For freshers they don't have anyone to guide you for the project that you will get. This company is not stable they keeps on changing their office . Owner of the company don't even talk respectfully to employees .
