No support, but threats are given everyday of sacking from job. Job is not secured, 50% salary is deferred since March as soon as the moratorium was announced by RBI and all the incentives are on hold. Work from home starts at 10am and doesn’t end even till midnight. Vertical head calls at late nights to harass. Appraisal is not even In the dreams.

Covid related Salary cut by 50% right from March when no other corporate even thought about it. Targets remained same but salary became half and eventually got fired when there were no sales during lockdown months.

Salary and incentive structure is good. Company genuinely invests in improving it's employees as professional. Many trainings and programs for career growth.

Dislikes

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie

5 days working Trainings are conducted for industry, finance and luxury related.

Dislikes

Policies and processes are not flexible. Processes are very stringent to hire. Compensation is not as per industry norms and much lower. Work satisfaction is missing and processes are demotivating.

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

Dislikes

...lture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.
