Dislikes

On site working hours are more then 12 hours, contractor are not professional, taking holiday is very difficult here. No personal life, no work life balance, pressure is tremendous here. Lack in staff , maximum people leave after one year and before that .

...al policy for Covid. They extend our leaves so that we can take them if we want. Regular salary was also given. We survive in Covid due to this. Thank you, management.

EVEN THOUGH THE SALARY PACKAGE WAS GOOD BUT DURING THE TIME OF PANDEMIC THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF SUPPORTING EMPLOYEES ASKED THEM TO RESIGN AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GIVE THE RESIGNATION EVEN WITH THE BOND OF TWO YEARS OTHERWISE THEY WOULD TERMINATE.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
