Dislikes

On site working hours are more then 12 hours, contractor are not professional, taking holiday is very difficult here. No personal life, no work life balance, pressure is tremendous here. Lack in staff , maximum people leave after one year and before that .

EVEN THOUGH THE SALARY PACKAGE WAS GOOD BUT DURING THE TIME OF PANDEMIC THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF SUPPORTING EMPLOYEES ASKED THEM TO RESIGN AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GIVE THE RESIGNATION EVEN WITH THE BOND OF TWO YEARS OTHERWISE THEY WOULD TERMINATE.

Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie
