Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. If you end up in a good team at least the human interaction part is taken care of or else even that is screwed and you'd be rendered into a zombie

HR policies are Very bad, Never get salary as per CTC. HR can surprise any time in a year that your salary reduced. If you leave organization no pro rata basis CTC part can get. HR can take Final Settlement amount in many parts and may take more than 6months to settle the Amount. HR will give such a surprising statement for wages reduction and no one will take responsibility . Poor HR service in terms of salary and benefit.

Dislikes

They have use and throw policy, once your need is finished they simply removes you from job. Your boss is everything here, he can do anything with your carrier. HR dept is very weak / poor. Take interviews again for internal transfers also. ZERO job security.

Dislikes

Very poor product delivery; they do not appreciate their customers; looking to make a quick buck; at the cost of the customer they save money on live safety systems and equipment; no quality check is done during construction or post construction. There is no job satisfaction as the end user is not happy with the product. The sites do not have basic facilities like cafeteria for staff, some sites have no washrooms. They are not focused on development of people, no career path is shared on joining or even after a year of service.
