There is nothing I would say I have liked anything about the company.

No professional or career growth is to be expected. Salary structure shown on paper looks lucrative and in hand salary is different. Work Life balance is to be completely forgetten.

Personally for me company didn't lay off me during pandemic was good but they definitely deferred our monthly , quarterly and anually payouts

There is no compensation for extra work time or no over time payment.

As leading brand name lodha group has its own policy based on that policy terms and condition there is diffrence between actual and realistic, there is level diffrence between person to person, it depends upon its qualification and experience but it make huge diffrence as a human being higher level mangement only consider those people word who are on top levels. There is no justice in down the line specially in all sites. There is no respect and appreciation to lower level associate for thier hard work in some cases.
