Scolding always, using foul languages 5. No paid or sick leaves 6. Salary calculation for only working days not whole month, if you take leave salary will deduct much more. 7. Work is good, but mismanagement is more. 8. Toxic Culture 9. Most of times Salary got in Installments. 10. Policy changes time to times at anytime whenever they want, even management don't follow there policy. 11.

Hire and fire policy!!..

Dislikes

They give you good package, But dont attract to the package because they just want you to pull from the company where you are working and then they will use you for some days for fixing and writing the code. Once you finish your work they will through you out and hire less cost resource to manage the code.

Open door organisation and good in office amenities

Dislikes

Leadership keeps changing strategic directions every few months but without sustained commitment to pursue a strategy. Consequently, no significantly new product value proposition has evolved over the past two years. Leadership should realise that an enterprise product is not established over a few months but over years. The organisation has developed a comfort zone of operating with old timers at a smaller scale and is unable to come out of this to scale up.

Work stations and the food is all okay.

.Self learning there are lack of materials .There is no job security although you show your skills .The meeting was shared for an appraisal discussion however they called out for seperation discussion telling they do not hold the positions .Lack of skill building with your immediate supervisor . The daily callouts with the different departments were no good .weekly meets with the other teams for the issues were no good
