Bullying and politics. Company works Monday to Saturday. 9-10 hours 6 days. Overtime without pay. No family life at all. When you have to be there for 12 hours almost, then management should strictly prohibit politics. I left there within a month as my senior bullied me and it became unbearable. I prioritized my mental health and resigned.

Three breaks a day. Tea allowance.

Dislikes

Use of Chatgpt and Quilbot, no growth, faulty salary deductions, not clearing terms and conditions, so be ready for new conditions only after mailing resignation letter to the HR.

The management is really good and the team lead is also very supportive.

Dislikes

Too much pressure during peak periods. Moreover Monday to Saturday becomes way too hectic and at times they make you work on Sundays as well and give a leave on Monday.

No carrer growth and job security, terminations are done randomly without any notice, some employees are also asked to convert their termination into resignation as the company has no solid reason for their termination. Incentive is just a dream here. Politics inside this company is very dirty and filthy. Some one like me cannot survive in this kind of environment. Also, at last i want to say that your dedication and loyalty are wothless here. Somethimes you have to work on sundsys also. I want to conclude that, i have experienced the worst part of my life working here. Furthermore, investigation process is done for finding reasons to check whatsapp and other things. Everything Written here above is from heart and this also shows the true reflection of what i had experienced here.
