...ork and someone influential doesn't like you. He/she will get you terminated. They will stop your salary for no reason and will make excuses when you ask. If you are looking to ruin your career. This company is highly recommended. And if you get senior position in this company, no better to boost your ego and ruin others life. And as said, a person doesn't leave the company unless he/she wants to. They leave because of their managers.

...say appraisals are coming brace yourself…. Appraisal month comes.. BOOM LAYOFFS. Salary is so delayed that you even forget which month salary is getting deposited. Imagine getting july salary in last week of september. HR Ms. A A is so rude and unprofessional, if you want any help she will not do anything. Typical case of chaploos employee that doesnt know how to work. code reviews? Nah. deployment cycle? Nah. Lets push it to prod as it is. Learning? Nah, most of the good engineers left the company already. Only “technical mistris” are left who are already tech dinosaurs with inflated salary (which is always delayed) If you are think about joining this company maybe go back to 2021 and join it, otherwise stay unemployed.. its better.

When I was working in LocoNav , it's like just making a fool to his employees . there's no any job security and growth just passed the employee time to say for getting good salary and increment and incentive. So I would like to suggest that please don't join this type of company where you and your job both are insecure.
