U will like this company just on 1st day when u are infront of the single arrogant person, director for interview. You will find him oh what a nice person but after that this all will vanish. Only politics and partiality between boys and girls. And u all can understand the actual reason behind it, so that I am not stating that reason here.

Dislikes

... security. Even they will not follow there HR policy. They will throw u out any. Time without any notice, without any reason inspite of being asking so many times and moreover they will not pay you the amount actually due to u. Everyday u will find some new task which is not of your feild though. And after that in the name of management only single person rule there and he will keep u harrassing by bad words and many things day by day.

Frankly, this place taught me mistrust and how to always secure oneself without ever fully dedicating themselves to the office work.

Dislikes

It's funny how the HR is the department oozing the most amounts of anxiety in the office. Let's just say someone had requested for their resignation letter- three months and there was no response for the same. The senior most architect makes you feel insignificant, thanks to her insecurities in life.
